Welcome to Hetts Lane Infant and Nursery School

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Hetts Lane Infant and Nursery School website. We are a busy, friendly, caring school, with lots of Happy Learning going on.

We are very proud of our school and are committed to giving every child the very best possible start here. We put our children first and our team works together to provide quality education and a safe, caring, supportive environment for all children, enabling them to be the best they can be in all areas of their development. We all work hard to make it a place where everyone can thrive and be valued for their contributions. We provide purposeful, memorable and happy experiences that we hope will last a life time

At Hetts Lane we believe that all children can succeed and there are no limits to what they can achieve. We want children to have the self confidence and skills needed to take risks and make a positive contribution to our school and we actively promote opportunities for pupil voices to be heard. We focus on developing a love of learning that we hope will stay with our children, together with providing them with the skills, knowledge and understanding that will enable them to flourish in future life.

We are proud of our children’s achievements in and out of school and their positive attitudes to learning and enjoy working closely in partnership with parents, carers and our school community in order to achieve the most for every child.
