Challenge 3 - Movement!
Have you discovered the 'Cosmic Yoga' you tube videos?
Each session lasts between 20 and 30 minutes, and encourages children to explore various yoga poses by linking all the movements to a story or well-known children's characters e.g. The Gruffalo, The Three Little Pigs, Minions, Trolls, Moana, Frozen...
There are also shorter videos to encourage 'Brain Breaks' and 'Relaxation for Kids'
Here is a link to a session based on the children's TV programme
'Down on the Farm'
Have a go, and let us know if the children enjoy it!!
