How are you getting on with writing your name?
Remember to keep practising, trying to form each letter as carefully as you can.
Remember, your name needs a capital letter to begin with, then the rest are lower-case letters.

Fine-Motor Skills-Using Scissors.
Keep practising holding a pair of scissors correctly, and being able to use your fingers to open and close the blades easily.
Remember all those horizontal, vertical, wavy and zig-zag lines we have been practising in our handwriting? Now see if you can cut carefully along these lines.
Ask your grown-ups to draw you simple shapes-large at first, then getting smaller- can you cut these out carefully?

Running, hopping, skipping, jumping, rolling...
Can you have a race with someone else who lives at your house?
If you are playing on your own, count how many times you can run etc. from one end of your garden or path to the other. How many jumps can you do without stopping?
