Here's a game where you have to match the farm animals to the different sounds they make. Can you use your voice to make the farm animal sounds too?

Look at all these pictures of different objects.

Can you say what they all are?

What sound do all these objects start with?

That's right...the sound 'l' for 'ladybird'.

Can you find any other objects around your house and garden, or whilst you are outdoors, that start with the sound 'l'?

You could try to draw them and have a go at writing what they are, using that 'top to bottom' 'l' shape at the beginning of each word.
