Do you have a set of dominoes at your house?
If not, you could ask your grown-up if they can print you a set, or have a go at making some.
The pattern of the spots on a domino look a little bit like the spot patterns on a ladybird's wings. A ladybird doesn't always have the same number of spots on each wing.
Have a look at one of your dominoes.
How many dots does it have on one side?
How many dots does it have on the other side?
How many dots does it have altogether?
Which side has more dots? Which side has less? How many more?
Can you find a domino that has the same number of spots on each side?
Can you find all the dominoes that add up to 3, 4, 5, 6 etc...?
Ask your grown-ups if they will show you how to play a game of dominoes.
