Did you find out about life in the Arctic? It’s incredible how animals survive in such harsh conditions. Animals are simply amazing!

This has made us think about what amazing animals we are, especially during the coronavirus lockdown. We have helped each other, stayed at home to stay safe and clapped every week to show our appreciation for our key workers and NHS staff.

This week we are going back in time to research a famous human who cared for so many people. She made people realise what an important job she had, working as a nurse. Do you think you know who it was? Her name was Florence Nightingale and just as our NHS are doing an amazing thing, Florence changed the way people thought about nursing when she returned to England back in 1856.
